So, until that point, my supa ghetto 02 Kia Spectra is gonna have to do. BTW, Image included of something in my absolute *WANT* list. BTW, I am not in this picture, don't even start trying to pick out who I am.

Ah a bike & a sidecar, nice....

I'm too soft though, even if I could physically ride a bike like that I'd wimp out and be driving a convertible... A Mustang GT, red with a set of personalized plates that read OUSWARI

Well Ford is bringing the Fiesta here, that might be in your price range (Supposed to come in under the Focus pricewise)

If I really had the money I'd want to plot out the cities and hotels I'd want to spend every night in, and book those in advance with the provision for cancellation and full refund if something happens along the way. Then again, that's a "luxurious option" I suppose. Every night at a Holiday Inn Express would be to my delight. Comfortable beds and free breakfast! For some reason the option of exiting each exit of the interstate at night trying to find a motel with the neon "vacancy" sign lit doesn't bite at me.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the "Motel by Norman Bates" either. Then again I stayed at a "four star" place out by a racetrack that had roaches big enough to double as course marshals

I'd really need a good reason to roadtrip... cosplaying at a Texas area con is almost reason enough :D but the cash to drive down there is also an issue...

A-kon would be one I'd like to hit but that's the weekend after Anime North and I'll be tapped out after that for a while I'm afraid.

I don't usually buy a lot there but the charity auction usually steamrollers my wallet

Don't feel bad NefCanuck I know the feeling I have to skip animefest and have to drop warhammer online and wow to be able to go to a-kon this year. I am moving into a new place after a-kon so any spare cash I is going to the hotal and the feel things I can get but its ok I was kinda geting tired of wow doing the samethings over and over again besides I can save the money from thost two games for ff13 and a few others coming out this year or even for a-kon next year.

Thought I'd unearth this thread to show the results of another year of spending money on my car (what you can't clearly see in this picture are the brake upgrades, slotted & dimpled rotors & upgraded pads, car will now stop on half a dime :P )

Heh, well I have to pay others to do most of the work, so it's not as far along as I'd like, but it's getting there. :D
